To match the growth of the LCA market in the Americas, PE is proud to release the world’s largest database of product Life Cycle Inventories for North American boundary conditions. With emissions data and manufacturing technologies specific to your product’s requirements, the new databases can help cut data collection expenses in your next LCA project- delivering more accurate results faster.
Including over 200 new datasets developed by PE, the database signifies PE’s commitment to the growth of the LCA market in the U.S. and North America. Additionally, the data release includes the integration of cradle-to-gate processes based on data in the U.S. LCI Database- as well as a free extension database of data directly imported from the U.S. LCI Database.

U.S. Extension Database for GaBi:
With over 500 cradle-to-grate inventories for commonly used materials, energy supplies, and transportation systems, this is the largest U.S.-specific LCI database available on the market. In addition to over 200 new datasets developed by PE for U.S. boundary conditions, the database includes North American processes available in other GaBi extension databases, and over 200 cradle-to-gate datasets based on the U.S. LCI database.
U.S. LCI Basic Database for GaBi:
This free database contains gate-to-gate inventories for over 180 products and processes, integrated from U.S. LCI Database project. Note that these basic processes are directly imported from the U.S. LCI Database, and additional work would be required to generate cradle-to-gate processes. In near future the database can be downloaded for free under the “GaBi Downloads” website.
