For more than 20 years, PE INTERNATIONAL, partly in cooperation with its partner IKP from the University of Stuttgart (today LBP)  develops software for quantitative analysis and assessment of the sustainability of industrial activities and services.

These software products mark an essential part of PE INTERNATIONAL's consulting activities. Furthermore PE INTERNATIONAL offers the software to clients who use these tools intensively and successfully for company-internal affairs.

Whereas our standard software GaBi is already in its fourth generation, the sustainability software SoFi has been made available on the market since the end of 2003. In addition PE offers specially developed and individually tailored tools for the fields Design for Environment (DfE) and Design for Recycling (DfR).

By the development of the various software products, the need to build up extensive databases arose. PE INTERNATIONAL also offers these databases to its clients.
