VfU - Verein für Umweltmanagement in Banken, Sparkassen und Versicherungen e.V.

Long-term developments in environmental policy and the desire of the financial services industry to take on more responsibility for a sustainable, environmentally-friendly business development, led to the foundation of the Verein für Umweltmanagement in Banken, Sparkassen und Versicherungen e.V. (VfU) in 1994.

The VfU is the only European association that focuses exclusively on environmental management questions in the financial services industry. The association is a forum for the industry-specific exchange of opinions and information.
